Launch Your Future Career:
Start in one of our facilities across the region and join our day-to-day operations. This comprehensive international program is designed to immerse you in Bunge's industrial business operations. You'll gain valuable practical experience at one of our state-of-the-art crushing, refining, or packaging facilities, learning both regionally as a group and individually through daily operational tasks.
Program highlights include:

Upon successful completion of your 18-month program, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths. Who Are We Looking For?
· Graduates with 0-2 years of previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical Engineering education considered: Reliability & Maintenance, Mechanical, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and Continuous Improvement.
· Enthusiasts with an international attitude eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· A good level of English language skills is required. Fluent German language skills are a must.
