More on the role: This full-time project-based role is located in Bunge's office in Brussels, Belgium, and is structured for a duration of one year. You will collaborate closely with 5 local colleagues and a broader global team. A significant part of your responsibilities will focus on sustainability issues, monitoring the development of key EU legislative files across corporate due diligence, environment, agriculture, trade, and energy. You will also be involved in tracking Brussels stakeholders' social media, press statements, and relevant EU media, and supporting our participation in industry events. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive and intense learning curve for an ambitious starter.

Candidate checklist:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, European Studies, International Relations, Communication, Journalism, Law, Environmental Studies, Chemistry, Agronomy, Agri-food, or a related field. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the EU legislative process.
- Solid research, analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills, including reporting on complex dossiers.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian or Eastern European language is a significant advantage and strongly encouraged.
- Previous experience in the agri-food sector/EU institutions or EU associations is a plus.
