What will you be doing as an Contract Administrator
The overall responsibility of the Contract Administrator is the accurate and timely input of sales and purchase contracts including amendments contracts including amendments.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Administrating all contracts concluded by Bunge (e.g. goods, transportation, storage);
- Updating the SAP system: partners, contracts, vendors, additional documentation as per internal procedures;
- Following up on documents' status and documents' flow fulfillment as per internal regulations;
- Maintaining and archiving the partners' database;
- Fulfilling and distributing correspondence (contracts, additional documentation);
- Archiving all documents physically and electronically;
What you can bring to the role:
- 2-3 years of professional experience - relevant field would be preferable;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience in a connecting area of study;
- Advanced English and Italian language skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and flexibility to intercultural teams;
- Proactive and open-minded attitude towards new challenges with an agile approach;
