What will you be doing as a Contracts Execution Officer

The Contracts Execution Officer is responsible for duties related to all processes involved in the contract execution, until the contract has been fully performed with the aim to have the right goods at the right place and time at the lowest possible costs and with the minimum possible loss.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the effective execution of purchase and sales contracts.
• Planning, execution, and controlling the movement, placement, and quality of goods.
• Managing activities that support the movement and placement of goods.

• Record, register, issue, and manage document flow and system database to ensure correct and accurate documents distribution and booking.
• Manage the department’s correspondence and archiving tasks
• Follow and respect local and BEU Policies and procedures to ensure compliance and implementation of BEU and local Policies.

What you can bring to the role:

• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);  SAP - would be a plus;
• Strong communication and problem solving skills;
• Attention to details and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure;
