What will you be doing as a Grains Distribution Manager

The core focus of this role is to manage and coordinate the grains distribution for the feed industry to accomplish the company’s local growth aspirations.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to strengthen market position, drive profitability and identify new business opportunities.
• Managing and developing commercial teams while building capabilities and supporting performance and growth objectives.
• Analyzing grain market supply and demand trends and developing sales and logistics forecasts to support business planning.
• Managing pricing strategies and coordinating closely with trading and origination teams to optimize commercial performance.
• Monitoring contract execution, resolving operational issues and ensuring compliance with company policies, risk limits and payment terms.
• Managing position risk and collaborating with protein, execution and logistics teams to optimize customer service and business performance.

What you can bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years of sales management / trading / distribution

• Risk management knowledge, knowledge on risk concepts and measures
• Specific market understanding
• Position management knowledge, trading deals profitability
• Sales techniques knowledge, consultative sales and key account management
• Advanced English language
