What will you do as an HR Operational Excellence Specialist?
The role will partner across diverse HR areas and manage continuous improvement & change management projects using methodologies like Lean, Agile, and ADKAR.
This role involves analyzing HR Shared Service Center performance and conducting thorough diagnostic assessments within the EMEA region to identify improvement opportunities, acting as a PMO (organizational project management) for key operational excellence initiatives. The goal is to drive efficiently, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with our overarching global HR strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure knowledge base accuracy and documented processes according HR taxonomy – Process Maps, Scripts, SOPs, Q&A, checklists, user guidance, training materials.
- Drive efficiency on HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, as well as cost optimization.
- Collect and analyze available data from various sources to understand problems, identify new opportunities, and trends or cause/effects.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, support action plans creation and execution.
- Coordinate Stakeholders Governance Meetings periodically.
- Drive the operational excellence projects in the region and act as a focal point for global initiatives (planning / execution / deployment / hyper care / stabilization).
- Ensure the alignment of regional processes with global HR strategies & practices.
As our future colleague, you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources management, administration management, engineer, or related discipline in an equivalent education (mandatory)
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/ PMBOK methodologies certification or strong knowledge (mandatory)
- Change management skills and certification (nice to have)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong data analytics skills (nice to have)
- Experience with process documentation and knowledge management (nice to have)
- Data-driven mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
