What will you be doing as an HR Operations Specialist

The core focus of this role is to supports HR Operations by assisting with payroll preparation, ensuring legal compliance for hiring and terminations, and providing pivotal employee relations support. This role streamlines HR processes, maintains employee data, and administers local employee benefits.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managing monthly payroll processes, including reviewing, correcting, and approving results, as well as controlling financial and bank files.
• Performing HR data entry for hiring, terminations, and HR changes.
• Resolving employee queries related to HR Ops and Payroll processes.
• Administering local employee benefits and managing yearly enrollment.
• Preparing and maintaining employment documentation (contracts, addendum letters, verification letters, and employee files).

What you can bring to the role:

• 2-3 years of Spain HR Operatuions and Payroll experience
• Experience with process documentation
• Fluent Spanish and English command
• SuccessFactors user knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Timely and Accurate, strong administration skills
