What will you be doing as a Jr. Supply Chain Execution Officer
The Jr. Supply Chain Execution Officer is responsible for accomplishing the duties related to all processes involved in the contract execution, such us: planning, execution and control of the movement, placement and quality of the goods, the supporting activities related to such movement and placement, together with the corresponding documentary flow - until the contract has been fully performed with the aim to have the right goods at the right place and time at the lowest possible costs and with the minimum possible loss.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform delivery of inventories for purchases and sales contract to ensure the contracts full execution within the contractual clauses and contract budgeted costs.
- Monitor & control the expenditure and resources, inventories costs to ensure effective cost control and resources utilization within budgets, good services quality over price report reduce quantity loss during storage, manipulation and transport.
- Monitor, control and ensure cargo quality, ownership transfer and credit limits to ensure effective cost control within budgets, good contractual quality of the inventories, reduce quantity loss and quality depreciation during storage, manipulation and transfer, mitigate the credit risks.
- Register, issue and manage document flow and system data-base to ensure correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration, issuance, filling and reporting
- Follow and respect local and BEU Policies and procedures and to ensure compliance and implementation of BEU and local Policies.
What you can bring to the role:
- 1+ years of work experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Good written & oral communications skills in English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP - would be a plus;
- Strong communication and problem solving skills;
- Attention to details and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure;
