What You Will Be Doing in your new role
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Modern trade channels B2C that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability;
- Identify new commercial opportunities while driving growth by developing relevant sales channels strategies;
- Manage Modern trade partners with special focus on designated channels;
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures;
- Control sales volumes and profit, control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price through continuous contact with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
- Enhace business performance and increase the competitive edge within the markets while liaising with and influencing local representatives.
What do we expect from our future colleague:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG company, within international scope;
- Experience with managing sales in the modern trade in Romania;
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Basic SAP skills;
- Creative and innovative attitude that has an ease with customer management;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Experience from basic foods industry is an advantage, food sector is a must.
