As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and business-focused Manager HRBP Romania & Bulgaria to partner with our Commercial organization and help drive the next phase of our success. Based in Bucharest, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, and lead people initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, engagement, and performance.
You will collaborate with the Industrial HRBP and local HR team while partnering with regional and global stakeholders in a truly international environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as Strategic HR Partner to Country Manager, Country LT; drive local HR agenda.
- Act as Country HR Manager. Drive day-to-day HR delivery; leading a small team of HRBP and Corporate Administration professionals.
- Translate Global HR Strategies and initiatives to local plans.
- Drive succession planning, capability building, and leadership development programs
- Drive transformation, organizational design workforce planning and change management initiatives.
- Foster a healthy work environment. Drive local engagement plans.
- Deliver the local HR agenda in collaboration with global Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards.
- Ensure external compliance with local labor law requirements.
- Own local HR policies and procedures, ensure alignment with global HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Act as guardian for the Company’s Code of Conduct, values and culture.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HRBP experience, including at least 2-3 years in a similar role
- Previous experience to industrial or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Experience working within a modern HR operating model, including HR Business Partnering, Centers of Expertise, and Shared Services
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and solid expertise in talent management and reward practices
- Experience working with Collective Labor Agreements and/or Employee Representatives
- Proven success in multinational and matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels
- Proactive, business-minded, and results-oriented approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Willingness to travel
