What will you be doing as a Silo Logistic Assistant
The main purpose of the job is to support silo logistics operations and storage activities by checking and registering third-party silo service invoices to ensure proper storage of company goods in terms of quality and quantity.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Verifies and records third-party silo service invoices in line with contractual terms;
- Checks the storage conditions the quantity and the quality of the goods based from de the report comming from the field;
- Monitors stock levels and ensures the accuracy of quantity records;
- Coordinates with execution and transport teams for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Issues reports related to verified aspects of the silos and intervene if any issues or problems occur concerning contract terms, products quality and quality, etc.
- Makes visits to the silos, checks and whenever there are suspicions related to the ethics behaviour of the third parties;
- Ensures that all contract terms and execution processes comply with company policies and procedures regarding storage conditions and risk management.;
- Develops / improves customer relationships;
What you can bring to the role:
- 1-3 years of professional experience - logistics, warehouse or supply chain would be preferable;
- Experience with invoice processing or administrative tasks is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience in a connecting area of study;
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and document processing;
- Basic knowledge of logistics and storage operations;
- Understanding of stock management principles (quantities, movement, reconciliation);
- Good command of English skills language;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Driver's license - category B;
- Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and flexibility to intercultural teams;
