What will you be doing as a Clearing Team Leader

The core focus of this role is to ensure that all the processes in our clearing entities are performed correctly and on a timely basis. The role involves leading global projects actively to automate/improve trade workflows and reduce manual work. The position will manage the team of trade coordinators and analysts responsible for all aspects of back-office processing of futures and options trading.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring SOX controls are implemented effectively and that all trade‑related processes are fully documented and compliant.
• Providing proactive guidance and support to all trading entities using Bunge Chicago clearing services.
• Managing the Trade Support Team and overseeing limit management, system access, reconciliations and back‑office entries.
• Documenting and maintaining up‑to‑date clearing processes and implementing user and limit access controls in front‑ and back‑office systems.
• Acting as a primary contact for all e‑trading inquiries, including trade disputes, trade history reviews and system‑related issues.
• Ensuring all trade activities are reported daily to exchanges and collaborating with the back office to resolve discrepancies.

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration. 
• 5-10 years’ progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Trade Analyst, or related occupation
• Experience and desire to work with cross functional business environments.
• Excellent communication and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels in the organization.
• Understanding of exchange compliance requirements
• Strong IT and process knowledge with track record of improving management reporting processes
• Process improvement and project management skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Fluent in English - mandatory
