What will you do as an HR Operations Specialist?

The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This includes payroll preparation, legal compliance for hiring and terminations, employee relations support, streamlining HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and managing local employee benefits. The position is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly and annual HR administrative processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing HR and payroll data, including processing new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Reviewing and resolving payroll data discrepancies and error tickets.
• Preparing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters.
• Administering employee benefits, including cafeteria plans and local benefits programs.
• Managing time and attendance data within the SuccessFactors system.
• Handling HR invoicing and other administrative duties.

As our future colleague, you should have:

• At least two years of experience in HR operations, administration, or payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
• Strong documentation skills, a data-driven mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
