LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
What will be your tasks as a Logistics Coordinator in the bottled edible oils sector?
The core focus of the Logistics Coordinator activity is to carry out the full processing of customer orders in close cooperation with the partner departments involved in the supply chain, as well as to organize and control the transport tasks related to customer orders.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Daily contact with customers, logistics service providers (warehouses, carriers) and partner classes
- Accurate up-to-date data for the maintenance of customer body and freight conditions
- Receive customer orders, record orders in the corporate governance system
- Priority tasks related to recording the order:
- Check availability, negotiate with production planning if necessary
- Bank guarantee, credit limit control
- Record deliveries that are attached to customer orders
- Customer order returnOrder deliveries from the service provider
- Check, modify and manually add the transport and freight documents that are automatically produced
- Generate outbound invoices, perform invoicing administration
- Pre-record inbound freight invoices in the corporate governance system
- Receive, record customer complaints, record credit memos
- Preparation of reports and reports necessary to support management decisions
What do we expect from our Logistics Coordinator?
- At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar position or in supply chain management for other companies preferably in FMCG
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- English and Hungarian skills
- A university degree (preferably in Economics or a relevant field) or knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Office (especially Excel knowledge)
- Structured, problem solving attitude
