Logistics Coordinator - Budapest

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising and organizing sales orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Communicating and negotiating with vendors, service providers and clients while handling customer complaints professionally.
• Facilitating logistics activities across warehousing, transportation and customer service operations.
• Tracking product shipments and timelines according to defined requirements.
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of orders, stocks, databases and spreadsheets.
• Ensuring all operational duties are meeting full compliance with Bunge policies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of years as Logistics Specialists
• Supply Chain or similar experience in an office
• Fluent English & Hungarian. 
• Good communication skills written and verbal,
• Flexibility to adjust to an changing environment - starter mindset for a new business line
