What will you be doing as a Regional Manager Grains - Central Europe

The core focus of this role is to establish and develop presence in the grains markets in Central Europe, making it part of the Bunge grain flows.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Trading and reporting on the FOR markets in Hungary, demonstrating high expertise in rail-connected silos and truck flow for all major grains.
• Being the ultimate responsible owner of the local Supply and Demand (SnD) and monthly trade flow.
• Acquiring and managing accounts, including suppliers, customers, and brokers.
• Managing price, customer, and credit risk related to grain trading.
• Monitoring the market; collecting, analyzing, and communicating market information.
• Working with Origination teams to leverage the current footprint and increase grains origination.

What you can bring to the role:

• Min 10 years’ experience in agriculture commodity trading
• Qualification in agriculture / economics / foreign trade
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Experience in risk management
• Driving license, type “B”
• Full mobility in Hungary and abroad- with at least 30% availability for regular travels in the assigned region
• High level of expertise on rail connected silos in Hungary and truck flow for all major grains
• Strong knowledge of consumers feed and milling industry, particularly focus on Ethanol producers
• Proactive and starter mindset
