What will you be doing as a Senior Clearing Coordinator

This position involves collaborating with a team responsible for all aspects of back-office processing for futures and options trading.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Balancing, margining and reporting daily to internal stakeholders and exchanges, ensuring accuracy of all trading positions.
• Managing the full delivery process with external counterparties and internal trading teams.
• Managing trading system limits, maintaining system compliance and supporting access management across Fidessa, T4 and related platforms.
• Reconciling end‑of‑day positions and working with the back office and system providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure complete trade reporting.
• Providing proactive guidance to all trading entities using Bunge Chicago clearing services and fostering strong relationships with exchanges and regulatory bodies.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize data management, improve reporting processes and support projects impacting Bunge Chicago or trade flows.

What you can bring to the role:

• 5+ years of experience in Commodities Trading middle and/or back-office 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or a related field 
• Understanding the basics of trading and its elements and futures delivery experience
• Understanding of exchange compliance requirements
• General accounting knowledge 
• Effective communication skills and relationship building capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
• Fluent in English
