What you will be doing as our Senior Key Account Manager:


The core focus of this role is given by development, support, and execution of sales strategy at related accounts. You will handle targeted sales volume and profitability, delivering business growth in all categories (edible oil and margarine).


This will be done through the following activities:


  • Developing and running actual business plan and sales strategy at related accounts (Aldi, Lidl, Penny Market) to ensure company sales goals and profitability.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth, developing relevant sales channels strategies in the B2C area. ,
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, selling price and promotional mix in line with supply and demand, changing market trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Improve business performance and increase competitive position at related accounts via sales colleagues, peer colleagues and related buyers.
  • Be in charge of attracting new commercial and growth driving opportunities as well as developing relevant sales prospects.


The position is based in Budapest and will report to the B2C Sales Director, also located in the same office. This role will be part of a team of 23 employees.


What do we expect from our colleague?


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in an FMCG company.
  • Management experience at respective channels in Hungary.
  • Experience from basic foods industry.
  • Proven sales ability and strong organization skills.
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • MS Office, SAP experience is preferred.
