What will you be doing as an Talent Acquisition Specialist
The core focus of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitments in Hungary and supports other CEE markets, in case needed
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes through phone screenings, interviews, actively sourcing passive candidates, creating job advertisements, building talent pools, conducting assessments, and performing reference checks
- Partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand staffing, hiring needs, work environments, and job profilesIdentifying effective strategies for selecting the highest qualified candidates
- Managing employer branding projects, including the implementation of new employer brand plans
- Driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives through building networks, leadership relations, and internal/external partnerships
What you can bring to the role:
- Minimum of BSc, preferred MSc education and minimum 2-3 years experience as inhouse or senior / leading agency recruiter with focus on Industrial selections
- Knowledge of social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn recruiter).
- ATS experience, preferably SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language, additional European languages are considered a plus
