Capacity Planner

Main Accountabilities

• Oversight of inventory management ensuring operations align with commercial activity. Monitors the condition of product to ensure customer specifications are met and efficiencies maximized.
• Manage and ensures outbound transportation is consistent with commercial plan and facility production.
• Manages local relationships with related rail company(s), as related to logistics, and local rail service.
• Oversees the inbound scheduling and receiving of all grain delivered and outbound scheduling of truck meal, and oil.

Knowledge and Skills

• Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.
• Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles..
• Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.

Education & Experience

• Recommended five (5) years minimum experience in logistics planning, inventory management, or commercial trading roles.
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Agriculture considered a plus.
