A Day in Life:

The Commercial Tools and Enablement Manager is a vital analytical resource within the Commercial Solutions team, tasked with driving growth for Bunge Food Solutions’ Oil business. This role operates under the guidance of the Commercial Tools Enablement & Insights Lead and focuses on recognizing business needs, conceptualizing, deploying, and continuously improving digital solutions. The primary objective is to enhance seller behavior, improve customer experience, and achieve targeted commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will independently manage projects and processes, lead enablement and training initiatives, and serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The goal is to ensure that the sales digital ecosystem delivers optimal value to the organization.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially focused professional who will play a key role in advancing the effective use of commercial digital tools across the organization.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor for commercial digital platforms and tools, providing hands-on guidance and promoting best practices to ensure effective adoption and value realization across global commercial teams.
  • Enablement & Training: Design and deliver targeted training programs, workshops, and supporting documentation. Proactively drives user adoption and capability building to support sustained engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and align digital solutions with commercial objectives.
  • Enhancement Roadmap Influence: Collaborate with business and technology partners to inform and prioritize enhancement initiatives, balancing strategic objectives, user impact, and technical feasibility while supporting global rollouts and ongoing optimization.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives related to commercial digital tools, driving successful outcomes through strong project management, problem-solving, and process improvement—often without direct authority.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across teams on goals, timelines, and solutions to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with commercial digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, enablement platforms, or similar technologies. Experience with Salesforce or comparable solutions is an asset but not required. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects or processes independently, ideally involving technology implementation, optimization, or end-user training.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, create clear and user-friendly documentation, and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize multiple initiatives, and manage concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Foundational understanding of change management principles to support user adoption and successful transition to new tools and workflows.
