Delivery Manager Public Cloud Platforms

A Day In The Life:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager Public Cloud Platforms professional to join the Infrastructure & Security Portfolio Management team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Delivery Manager Public Cloud Platforms will be responsible for managing our capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX), as well as assisting in tracking our Infrastructure & Security Roadmap and financial performance. Your expertise in project management and financial analysis will ensure the successful execution of our projects while maintaining financial discipline. 

This role will drive Infra & Security Project Portfolio. This role will partner closely with Infrastructure and Security teams. Their role reports to the Infra & Security Portfolio Management Lead in the Infra & Security organization. 

What You'll Be Doing:
CAPEX and OPEX Management:  
•    Develop, monitor, and manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for infrastructure and security projects. 
•    Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and compliance with financial policies. 

Project Portfolio Oversight: 
•    Work with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule. 
•    Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in their resolution. 

Infrastructure & Security Roadmap Tracking: 
•    Assist in tracking the progress of the Infrastructure & Security Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 

Financial Analysis: 
•    Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and variance analysis. 
•    Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for financial decision-making. 

Reporting and Documentation: 
•    Develop and maintain financial reports, project status reports, and documentation related to CAPEX and OPEX. 

Stakeholder Communication: 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project and financial objectives are met. 

Continuous Improvement: 
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in project and financial management practices. 

Skill/Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
•    Proven track record of at least 6 years in project management and financial analysis roles. 
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum). 
•    Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA) are a plus. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Leadership and team management experience. 
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
