A Day in the Life: 
Focuses on supporting global development of Novel Seeds and Regen Ag, driving business growth through identification of customer needs and gaps. Identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes opportunities within these markets, develops and implements growth strategies, and manages relationships with key stakeholders. Monitors performance metrics, tracks progress against targets and provides regular reporting on market trends and competitive activity. 

What You'll Be Doing: 
Strategy Development & Execution: Supports the execution of comprehensive business development strategies to capitalize on identified market opportunities, including go-to-market plans and partnership strategies. 

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collects, analyzes, and interprets key market and customers data, and business performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. Presents findings and recommendations to management. 

Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including growers, industry partners, and research institutions. 

Project Leadership: Leads and manages cross-functional projects related to the development and commercialization of Novel Seeds and Regen Ag solutions. 

Skills/Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of industry experience with Ag economics and analytical background.
Finance/Business training and/or relevant experience required.
Bachelors degree in Agriculture Economics, Sustainability or other related field required.
Data analytics - Advanced excel/python knowledge, Tableau desirable.
