Bunge is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Compensation to join our exceptional Human Resources team in St. Louis, MO. As a global organization, Bunge offers an exciting opportunity for a proven compensation professional to contribute to our total rewards strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage various compensation programs and processes, with a particular focus on the annual compensation planning cycle.

  • Collaborate with and support business/client groups globally, overseeing the job architecture/benchmarking processes and offering guidance on internal and external offers.

  • Provide analytical support by using data modeling and dashboards to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

  • Collaborate with HRIS/HRIT and other HR team members to improve HR systems in accordance with the Total Rewards strategy.

  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking analysis and develop globally aligned, creative solutions to attract and retain top talent.

  • Design and implement training materials and communications to educate HR Partners and Business Leaders on total rewards programs, policies, and practices.

  • Develop and manage compensation structures that meet the unique requirements of our global business.

  • Coach, guide, and develop business partners on the Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a global organization.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to extract actionable information from complex datasets.

  • Extensive understanding of compensation strategies, job structuring, and benchmarking methodologies.

  • Experience working with HR systems and implementing system improvements.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively educate and influence individuals at all levels.
