Position Summary:
The VP, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and Workplace Experience will be responsible for Bunge real estate strategy and management for our global portfolio, including strategic planning, site selection, negotiations, lease renewals, transaction management, and workplace strategy, implementation and non-industrial facilities operations aligned with the strategic goals of the Company. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee a team of Bunge employees along with indirect/outsourced team members. 

Core Functions: 
•    Collaborate with key leaders to ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with Bunge’s overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, lease negotiations, acquisition, disposition and strategic consolidation of properties.
•    Implement regular executive reviews to ensure real estate and facilities strategies are fully aligned with Bunge’s business objectives.  
•    Lead, manage, and develop real estate and facility programs, database systems, and projects regionally with an emphasis on collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders across the regions to understand and support local, regional, and corporate business initiatives and strategies.
•    Ensure all non-industrial facilities are safe, efficient and optimized for employee productivity.  Responsibilities encompass vendor management, maintenance and adherence to health and safety standards. 
•    Manage and lead outside broker firms, related outsourced vendors, consultants, agencies, and specialists as needed regionally to shore up technical or specific knowledge gaps in support of capital projects and leasehold improvements.
•    Manage and develop budgets for real estate and facilities operations prioritizing cost-efficiency and quality of services; be accountable within a global budget and work closely with Corporate Finance on cost initiatives and reporting.
•    Effectively manage and oversee the execution of non-industrial real estate transactions (leasing and/or purchase or sale) in the company's real estate portfolio using negotiating skills, appropriate vendors (e.g., brokers, legal support, lease administration, utility, other services), asset management, and financial analysis techniques 
•    Responsible for understanding and maintaining local and regional governmental compliance in relation to Real Estate and facilities management.
•    Drive RE Workplace Strategy & Network Optimization by ensuring cross-functional partnership and collaboration for all initiatives (space & occupancy planning, design, consolidation, etc.)
•    Leads all internal and external moves with appropriate resources including all space requests and facility modifications.
•    Monitor building and material needs, analyze problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc leveraging third parties for timely resolution.
•    Manage and lead recommendations for facilities and real estate to key stakeholders on global portfolio transactions and renewal as needed.
•    Manage reception desks within each facility.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in global real estate, engineering, construction management etc in a corporate environment
•    Strong executive presence with a track record of effectively engaging with a broad range of high-level stakeholders.
•    Leads with an Enterprise mindset.
•    Strong interpersonal skills required, and experience in a matrix organization preferred.
•    On call availability in case of emergency
•    Extensive knowledge of lease documents, principles and practices relating to international real estate transactions; Ability to seek out and understand varying regulatory requirements.
•    Leadership experience in on-going development and improvement of standards and integrated policies, processes, controls, and procedures across all corporate real estate functions
•    Ability to negotiate, consult, and influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
•    Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail; Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
•    Success in this role is highly dependent on the ability to collaborate and develop great working relationships with various teams across Bunge such as functional leaders, individual country site management, and manufacturing and operations teams.
