A Day in the Life:
This role is the first point of contact for any customer who has a purchase order, special requirement, question or an issue with a product or service from the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and internally has a clear communication with sales, operations and logistics team, always considering business cost and profits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Input in SAP the purchase orders from the customer
Responsible of the “order – to – delivery” process
Follow up of the trading position of each customer, always been aware of volume, price and delivery period. Commercial negotiation vs SAP.
Follow up of the drag position with commercial team
Responsible for addressing customer questions about products and services.
Responsible of validate in customers portal the good receive information to proceed with invoicing process
Maintain a record of the customers requirements (transport specs, hours, handling, etc)
Follow up of customers complaints
Channel communication between quality, logistics, operations and billing & collection
Master Data: new customers, update info, extensions, etc.
SAP key user
Cleaning customer position.
Complaints resolution with QA Team
SAP Trials
Skills/Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics or commercial.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, administration or others.
Desirable Technical knowledge in food companies
SAP knowledge
Excel knowledge
