A Day in the Life:
The Sr Analyst Treasury plays a critical role in supporting Bunge's global liquidity management and treasury operations activities. This position is responsible for daily cash positioning, funding analysis, short-term investment and borrowing activities, foreign exchange (FX) execution, treasury reporting, and oversight of treasury operational activities performed through Global Business Services (GBS). The role supports business-critical decisions impacting the company's daily liquidity and funding requirements. The successful candidate will interact with Treasury leadership, Capital Markets, Finance, Accounting, Tax, GBS, banking partners, and other internal stakeholders across North America and global regions. This is a highly visible role that offers exposure to global treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, financial markets, Treasury Management Systems, and strategic treasury initiatives.

 

 

What You'll Be Doing:
Liquidity Management & Cash Positioning
Perform and analyze daily global cash positioning activities.
Monitor and validate global cash balances, funding requirements, and liquidity forecasts.
Partner with Capital Markets and Treasury leadership to support daily borrowing, repayment, and investment decisions.
Coordinate funding activities with Treasury Back Office teams.
Prepare and distribute daily liquidity and treasury reports.
Identify liquidity risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Treasury Operations Oversight
Oversee treasury operational activities performed by BBS.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely execution of treasury transactions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Treasury Operations.
Foreign Exchange Management
Support FXall trading desk coverage during North America business hours.
Execute FX transactions within approved policies and authorities.
Banking & Cash Management
Support bank account management activities.
Analyze bank fees and treasury service utilization.
Participate in banking service reviews and optimization opportunities.
Treasury Projects & Process Improvement
Support treasury technology and automation initiatives.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
Participate in Treasury Management System enhancements and testing activities.
Support documentation and business continuity planning efforts.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare recurring treasury reports and management presentations.
Perform cash flow and liquidity analysis.
Support audits, SOX compliance, and internal control reviews.
Develop reporting enhancements and analytical tools.

 

 

Skills/Experience 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Financial Planning, Banking, or related areas.
Strong understanding of cash management and liquidity concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
Language Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders located in the United States, and global regions.
Experience presenting analysis and recommendations in English is highly preferred.
Preferred
Treasury experience in a multinational organization.
SAP Treasury and Risk Management experience.
Treasury Management System experience.
FX dealing experience.
Knowledge of banking products and liquidity structures.
