A Day in the Life:

The Supply Planning Analyst works alongside the Supply Master Planner and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the flow of materials, finished products and information across the Supply Chain. This role gives guidance to the Supply Master Planner and the Demand Planner to ensure that the demand and supply are balanced efficiently to maintain service levels and inventory targets. The Supply Planning Analyst collaborates closely with logistics, manufacturing and the tolling partners to support data-driven decision-making and optimize resource utilization and minimize disruptions to continuously improve supply chain performance and knowledge.

 

What You’ll Be Doing: 
Execute short- and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints and inventory targets.
Monitor and manage inventory across multiple locations to ensure product availability, minimizing costs. 
Collaborate with the Production Master Planner to align production schedules and materials availability
Collaborate with the Production Master Planner to align the MRP.
Identify and resolve supply shortages, propose corrective actions and mitigation plans.
Analyze key performance metrics (Inventory health, service levels, lead times) and prepare weekly reports. 
Executes and maintains transactions within the ERP (SAP).
Works cross-functionally with logistics, tolling partners, and demand planning to synchronize the end-to-end supply operation.
Participates in projects of large complexity (e.g. develop new tollers) that have great impact on Bunge performance.
Works in initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, process automation and supply chain efficiency.

 


Skills/Experience Requirements: 
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning or related Supply Chain roles. 
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication.
Detail-oriented.
Highly organized.
Teamwork.
SAP desirable.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Understanding MRP, inventory control and capacity planning concepts.
