A Day in the Life:
This role is a designated relief operator who will step in when coverage is needed for millers and specialty operators. Will be responsible for providing assistance in case of product choke-ups, perform quality tests, keeping the equipment and surrounding areas clean and clear of refuse.
Position Details:
The Specialty Relief Operator/Sweeper is job classification CRE Operator, Sweep Relief Spec, is assigned to swing shift and paid $25.27 per hour (plus shift differential when working second/third shift hours). Shifts will swing between day shift 7 AM – 3:30PM, second shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or third shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
- Must be able to proficiently verbally communicate, read, and write in English for the purposes of record keeping and quality training and processes.
- Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
- Need to be capable of working in varying climates and environment.
- Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules.
- Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
- Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Reports any conditions that poses a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
- Performs whatever duties and tasks are necessary to enhance the overall operation and efficiencies.
- All other duties as assigned.
