Sanitation Worker

A Day in the Life:

The Sanitation Worker is primarily responsible for performing utility cleanup and plant sanitation.

Position Details:

Day shift, 5a-5p with overtime as needed, on a 2/2/3 schedule

Rate of pay: $25.23 an hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform cleaning within the department including but not limited to dust and bean clean up, trash and sanitation duties, and shoveling snow
• Assist with supplies and inventory
• Assist with fire extinguisher checks
• Cut and remove bean samples
• Work safely and assist coworkers as needed
• Unload deliveries operating mobile equipment including but not limited to bobcat, tractor, forklift
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, in all weather conditions, and lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
