Executive TFS Operations

Role Purpose Statement

TFS Senior Executive TFS Operations is responsible for supporting TFS Global Operations in the execution of asset (Structured LC’s and corporate receivables) and sales to participants, ensuring compliance with all TFS policies related to the discounting of receivables. The role will be responsible for executing the Trade Finance Solutions Transactions

Main Accountabilities  

1. Manage the end-to-end processing of Structured Letters of Credit, including issuance, amendments, presentation of documents, and settlements, in accordance with international rules and internal policies and SOP’s
2. Ensure trade finance documentation complies with relevant template documentation
3. Provide Expert Advice and guidance to with various Bunge departments, including commercial teams and accounting, to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
4. Monitor payments and collections to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
5. Verify the accuracy of calculations and invoices from banks and corporate clients.
6. Liaise effectively with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth execution of trade finance activities
7. Maintain up-to-date records in all relevant repositories, including the Drive/Database tool.

Education/Experience Requirement 

1. Relevant Industry experience of 5-7 years (Banks or Corporates)
2. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrate attention to detail, process orientation, and strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Effectively work remotely and collaborate with a team.
6. Ensure transparency and thorough reporting of relevant issues.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
