Job Summary:

The Field Trader is responsible for managing business relationships with suppliers and customers, handling sales processes, conducting market research, and actively contributing to the logistics coordination of agricultural commodities. This role involves both commercial and operational aspects, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop business relationships with suppliers and customer
• Ensure effective marketing communication for company brands
• Handle business cases from both formal and operational perspectivesPrepare commercial offers, including economic, technical, and organizational aspects
• Negotiate with clients and maintain customer records (order types, locations, payment methods)
• Define and prepare commercial contract terms
• Coordinate sales, production planning, and operations from a commercial perspective
• Monitor the financial performance of deals and projects and propose improvement measures
• Oversee storage facilities used or rented by the company
• Conduct market research and attend industry-specific events (e.g., agronomic seminars)
• Monitor agricultural crop conditions in the field
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to yield estimation through data analysis
• Collaborate actively in logistics coordination for purchasing, selling, and storing commodities

Requirements:

• Education level: High school - Economy, business
• Courses and certificates:  Driving license B
• Language skills: Good knowledge of English 
• PC skills: Microsoft Office, SAP advantage
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactivity: Self-starter, proactive approach to work, and willingness to learn new things
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team
