Overview
This role within the South America Application Management Team (as part of Business Technology SA Applications – Solution & Services Delivery) focuses on managing and integrating enterprise applications, following global governance, and defining and ensuring development framework and quality to assure business continuity, and partnering with SA Solution Experts. 

Essential Functions

• Enterprise Application Integration Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise integration applications for SAP Business Technology Platform, API Portal & API Management, and Netweaver Suite Management. 
• Development Management: oversee the complete development lifecycle considering best in class frameworks for quality and governance. 
• Application Support: Provide end-to-end support, including vendor and contract management, KPI monitoring (using the ITIL framework), and crisis management (P1 incidents). Maintain high availability and performance in collaboration with AMS Leadership and according to the stablished governance. 
• Solution Delivery: Manage the delivery of solutions ranging from minor enhancements to complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results within scope and budget. 
• Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Combine team members' expertise and soft skills to build high-performing units. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process optimization initiatives leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to enhance application delivery capabilities. 
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with SA Apps peers, other BT teams (mainly Global Integration CoE), and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, share updates, and foster transparency. 
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to application delivery. 
• Strategy & Transformation: Develop and execute strategies for application delivery and modernization, aligned with organizational goals and technology roadmaps, incorporating cloud technologies, microservices, and API-driven development. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (mainly functional and technical leadership), managing application delivery teams. 
• 5+ years of experience with full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations, from project preparation through post-go-live support. 
• 3+ years of experience in risk assessment and release management. 
• Experience managing development factory squads/teams. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (desired in Spanish) 
• Experience working with global teams.
• Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.

• Integration Architecture: Deep understanding of integration patterns, technologies (e.g., API Management, SAP BTP, microservices, message queues), and best practices for designing and implementing robust, scalable integration solutions. 
• Solution Architecture: Ability to design and architect integration solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical standards and best practices. 
• API Design and Management: Expertise in designing, developing, and managing APIs, including API security, documentation, and lifecycle management. 
• Data Modeling and Governance: Strong understanding of data modeling principles, data governance frameworks, and best practices for ensuring data quality and consistency across integrated systems. 
• Software Development Life Cycle: Mastery of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and their application in integration projects. 
• Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing: Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and best practices for ensuring the quality of integration solutions and collaborate with QA CoE. 
• Governance and Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to integration and data security. 
• Framework Design and Implementation: Ability to design and implement frameworks for integration, development, and governance processes. 
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. 
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Proven project management skills, with experience managing medium to large-scale projects. 
• NetWeaver and Basis Administration (Nice to have): Familiarity with NetWeaver administration, Basis configuration, and system monitoring. This includes experience with tasks like system installation, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
