Your Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and regulatory advice on trade and structured trade finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of investment, trade, and finance documentation.
- Advise on various derivatives trading agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders.
- Develop and improve standard contractual templates.
Your Profile:
- Law degree from a reputable university.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, including trade finance and structured finance.
- Strong understanding of trade-related financing issues and documentation.
- Substantial experience drafting and negotiating derivative documentation.
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation for structured finance transactions.
- Working knowledge of applicable banking regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
