About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Wheat Trader to join our international trading team.

In this role, you will take an active position in the wheat markets across the EU and Black Sea regions, identifying opportunities, executing trades, and managing positions within defined limits. You will work at the heart of the market—balancing supply and demand, navigating price volatility, and driving trading performance.

This is a hands-on role with real exposure to P&L, where you will collaborate closely with experienced traders, logistics, and risk teams while building your own market view and network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute and develop wheat trading strategies in international markets
  • Identify arbitrage opportunities and translate them into profitable trades
  • Build and grow relationships with customers, brokers, and counterparties
  • Analyze market dynamics (supply, demand, flows, pricing, and risk)
  • Manage positions and contribute to hedging strategies (futures & cash)
  • Monitor and steer shipment flows in close coordination with logistics
  • Stay on top of market developments and share actionable insights

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in wheat
  • Strong understanding of agricultural markets and trading fundamentals
  • Experience with risk management and hedging instruments is a plus
  • Familiarity with EU & Black Sea trading flows and logistics routes is a strong advantage
  • Sharp commercial instincts and confidence in decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

What We Offer

  • A dynamic role in a fast-paced, international trading environment
  • Direct impact on trading performance and business results
  • The opportunity to grow into a fully independent trading role
  • A highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture
