About the role
For our location in Heeswijk‑Dinther, OllecoBunge is looking for a Planner / Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role, you are responsible for daily planning and customer coordination within our logistics operation focused on the collection of Used Cooking Oil (UCO).
This position plays an important role in the integration of administrative and commercial processes. You will join a company in development, where independence and ownership are key.
What will you do?
You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and act as an important point of contact for customers and drivers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Planning and coordinating collection appointments
- Daily logistics planning
- Supporting drivers, primarily in Arabic
- Administrative processing and reporting in English
- Working with internal ERP and planning systems (training provided)
- General coordinating and office‑related tasks
The focus of the role lies on planning, customer contact and maintaining oversight.
What does a typical workday look like?
You start your day at 9:00 AM at the office in Heeswijk‑Dinther by reviewing the planning and any changes. The morning is fast‑paced: drivers depart, customer calls come in and collection appointments are coordinated. Throughout the day, you process orders, communicate with customers, support drivers and ensure that all information is correctly recorded in the systems. Towards the end of the afternoon, the focus shifts to adjusting the planning, handling administrative and financial tasks when drivers return to the depot, and preparing for the next working day. No two days are the same, but you consistently maintain overview and contribute to a calm and well‑organised operation.
Who are we looking for?
For this role, your background is less important than your skills and way of working.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can plan in a structured manner and set priorities
- Is accurate with numbers and data processing
- Has strong communication skills, especially by phone and in contact with drivers
- Is digitally capable
- Can work independently and takes responsibility
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands (e.g. EU citizen or holder of a valid work and residence permit). Due to regulatory requirements and the salary level, this position is not suitable for Highly Skilled Migrant sponsorship.
You are based in the Heeswijk‑Dinther region, or currently in the process of relocating to the area, and able to work on site within a reasonable timeframe.
Language skills
- Arabic and English: required
- Dutch: a clear advantage, but not a must
Experience in logistics or planning is an advantage, but not essential if the above skills are present.

Work location: Heeswijk‑Dinther (office‑based)
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Initial contract: 6–12 months, with the intention to convert to a permanent contract over time
Salary indication: €3,000 – €4,000 gross per month based on full‑time employment (40 hours), depending on experience
25 holiday days based on full‑time employment
