Overview: 

This position is responsible for soybean loading and storage at the Bunge, Indianapolis, facility.  This would include, but not limited to the following:  shipping, receiving, and storage of beans, as well as operating equipment to load grain trailers with soybeans. 

Benefits with annual increases possible.  Starting pay $25.65/hr. Must be willing to work some weekends, some 2nd shifts ending prior to 10 p.m., usually during the harvest season.

Essential Job Functions:

• Clean silos and bowls in preparation of harvest
• Load and unload grain trailers
• Monitor computers and make process adjustments as necessasry
• Process paperwork per department procedures
• Communicate process and equipment deficencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors
• Work flexible hours
• Perform cleaning within the department as directed
• Work safely and assist co workers as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
