What will you be doing as a Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

The core focus of this rols to Coordinate 3rd parties sales with Origination and End Customer. Organizing handling, execution, documentation and logistics processes of end-to-end import & export operations by working closely with Trade, Finance and Controlling/ Reporting teams

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managing import and export operations, including execution, documentation and coordination with brokers, agents and external partners.
• Organizing logistics activities such as loading, unloading, transportation and warehousing for inbound and outbound goods.
• Negotiating, controlling and reporting logistics costs while contributing to P&L through accurate cost analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with import/export, customs, agricultural and GMO regulations and maintaining proper documentation (including IPR processes).
• Coordinating with internal teams (Trade, Finance, Quality, Plant) to ensure timely delivery, product quality and operational alignment.
• Monitoring inventory, reporting to stakeholders and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Agri business sector
• Good command of English
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications and SAP
• Excellent in planning, coordination with good organizational and analytical skills
• A collaborator who builds together in a team but has autonomy and drives for excellence
