We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Technical Service Senior Specialist who will join the team in our Creative Studio.

What you will be doing as an Technical Service Senior Specialist:

The core purpose of this role is to manage day to day activities in our studio, applications (confectionery, bakery and plant based, oil and fats, etc).

This will be done through the following actions:

• Develop new recipes in different application areas with BLC Portfolio to meet with the customer needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct application trials and prepare samples for customers and exhibitions. Follow up shelf-life tests.
• Participate in Exhibitions around MEAT region with the sales team and provide technical support as well as product samples for customers. Travel to customers if any technical support needed.
• Coordinate and conduct workshop activities, training programs as well as private sessions for the customers in the Creative Studio.
• Develop sales tools including presentation and product application information to share with the customer for the existing products as well as the newly developed products.
• Collaborate with sales team in achieving their key objective on new business development as well as current business protection by providing technical support and knowledge sharing internally and with customers.
• Track customer’s feedback, lead and monitor for the success of all the critical projects in pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers encounter with product.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales team.
• Visit customers together with commercial team to achieve commercial wins with product acceptance and approvals.
• Manage both internal & customer projects and monitor periodically.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• Bachelor’s Degree in food science / Nutrition / Food Technology and additional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development activities and managing projects
• Advanced knowledge about the specialty fats and oils in the food industry.
• Experience in product development activities and managing projects.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and communications skills
• Advanced written & spoken English
