Business Title - Executive – Quality Control

Role Purpose -  
•    Implement the norms of Food Safety management system and ISO standards in entire plant level
•    Develops food safety regulations, policies, and procedures for plant operations. Help to develop, implement, and enforce security and food safety standards, policies, and programs including HACCP, and GSFI, regulatory audits, food safety training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), product inspections, and standardized work.
•    To prepare procedures, manual, Checklists, Toolbox talk, and formats as per FSSC 22000 for the plant. To train the employees of food safety norms

 

Main Accountabilities -
•    Preparation of Manuals as per FSSC 22000 requirement 
•    Preparation of formats to maintain the records.
•    Verification & Validation of CCPs, OPRPs, VACCP, TACCP & PRPs
•    Preparation of procedures and implementation of procedures ( support )
•    Training to employees regarding Food safety & Quality; maintenance of its records
•    Carry out the internal audits and close the gaps with corrective actions
•    Customer audits, Halal, Kosher RSPO Audit & closure of gaps. 
•    Conduct vendor audits in terms of food safety

•    Trained as an internal auditor in FSSC 22000.

Education & Experience -  
•    B. Sc. / M Sc., Dip. Chem. Chemistry/Food Technology  
•    04-8 years of relevant experience
