Koordynator Logistyki (Kruszwica)

Zadania:

• Zarządzanie zespołem sekcji Transportu, Administracji Systemu Sprzedaży i Systemów Logistycznych.
• Organizowanie, kierowanie i nadzorowanie transportu w zakresie dostaw do klientów oraz transferów między magazynami.
• Realizacja zamówień do klientów i układania tras z zachowaniem kryterium optymalizacji.
• Kontrola przepływu interfejsów między systemami.
• Zapewnienie zgodności zgłoszeń do SENT ze stanem faktycznym.
• Zapewnienie zgodności warunków cenowych wprowadzonych do systemu ERP.
• Kontrola zgodności stanów magazynowych w systemach SAP/Qguar/Magazyny zewnętrzne.
• Zarządzanie zapasami w zakresie optymalizacji poziomu obsługi i kosztów produktów przeterminowanych.
• Nadzór nad procesem przepakowań.

Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku minimum 5 lat
• Wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane kierunkowe
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego
• Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu MS Office, WMS / TMS
