What you will be doing as Senior Procurement Specialist based in Karczew?

• Lead the implementation of Procurement best practices and processes according to the Procurement policies,
• Accountable for direct and indirect spend categories performance, and medium value capex projects for the Karczew Plant,
• Manage (key) supplier relationships and contracts,
• Set up a Local Procurement Plan, drive cost saving strategies and actions and implement Regional (European) frame agreements,
• Lead new SAP-SRM system procurement related implementation locally and transactional improvement and standardization projects,
• Main point of contact for local stakeholders and Bunge Business Services (shared service center) to ensure the correct coverage of requirements and urgencies,

What do we expect from our future Senior Procurement Specialist?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,
• Very good command of the English and Polish language,
• Proficient command of MS Excel,
• Analytical mindset, problem solving with strong negotiation skills,
• Capable to work autonomously,
• Results-oriented, able to make decisions and influence others,
• Team player, customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with SAP and SRM systems are a plus,
• Previous experience in an international group.
