We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager (Spread Business) to lead and optimize our international end-to-end supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves leading a team to ensure efficient and cost-effective E2E operations. As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be critical in leading the supply component of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process (2 production plants, ExF, 18 lines). By driving continuous supply chain process improvement (tools and capabilities), you will serve as a central connector within the organization, fostering collaboration across various departments to consistently meet evolving customer, consumer expectations and deliver exceptional service level. The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with strategic thinking. They will be a performance-driven, hands-on individual with a proven ability to leverage AI and digital solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive tangible results.

 

 

 

Main Accountabilities:

 

  • E2E Planning & Scheduling: Base on existing tools and processes further develop, implement, and oversee master production schedules (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), and detailed production plans to meet demand forecasts, optimize resource utilization, and minimize lead times.
  •  Inventory Management: Lead the strategic management of materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory levels to balance service levels with cost efficiency.
  •  IBP / Capacity Planning: Lead Supply chain process and reviews with stakeholders. Conduct capacity analysis and planning to ensure manufacturing resources (equipment, labor, facilities) are sufficient to meet current and future production demands. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and operations departments to ensure best in class service level to our customers. Co-own forecasting files and proactively cooperate with commercial teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and waste reduction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the planning team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • System & Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in planning systems (e.g., ERP, APS) and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness. Drive digital agenda within supply chain plannning area to improve process efficiency.

 

 

Education & Experience:

 

  • Education: A Bachelor's  or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in production planning, supply chain management, or operations within a manufacturing environment,
  • Good English ( min B2 level)
  • Fluent Polish (C1)
