What you will be doing as AP Accountant:

➢ Control timely payments of invoices in accordance with the terms of payment under the agreement;

➢ Ensure Vendors' invoices postings are on-time and accurate;

➢ Monitor the correctness of GL accounts used for SG&A, other supply and non-supply purchases;

➢ VIM  invoices verification (all relevant details and signatures); 

➢ Track unapproved invoices in VIM system; 

➢ AP aging analysis with proper bad debts provision posting; 

➢ Write –off outdated AR balances in accordance with local legislation rules; 

➢ Perform reconciliations with suppliers; 

➢ Reconciliation of GR/IR accounts with accruals for the purchase of goods and services in SAP; 

➢ Collaboration with other Stream team members; 

➢ Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and reconciling accounts.

What do we expect from our future AP Accountant:

• University degree (economics, accounting and audit, finance);
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure;
• Work experience in accountant area 2+ years

Nice to have:

Work experience in a similar role;

Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry;

SAP, English – pre-intermediate level.
