Role Purpose Statement

The role purpose is to secure cost-effective sourcing agreements while ensuring uninterrupted supply chains, maximizing operational efficiency, and minimizing transit bottlenecks.

What will you be doing as a Logistic Services Senior Procurement Lead?

• Manage RFx processes for logistics services in line with company policies and business requirements;
• Identify, evaluate, and select logistics service providers;
• Analyze supplier proposals and provide sourcing recommendations to internal stakeholders;
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best commercial and operational conditions;
• Support supplier onboarding and build strong relationships with vendors;
• Coordinate supplier contract preparation and approval processes;
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management teams;
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement documentation;
• Prepare reports and cost analyses to support sourcing decisions and planning;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Higher education degree;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, or Logistics Category Management;
• Experience in sourcing activities, supplier management, and contract negotiations;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• English proficiency, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience with SAP/SRM;
• Experience working in an international company;
• Experience managing logistics service categories or complex sourcing projects.
