Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and deadlines for corporate and local teams.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives by building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and promoting innovative solutions.
- Manage structured reporting to Plant Managers and market leadership, presenting status and progress.
- Lead roadmap alignment meetings with technical and data science teams, fostering cross-functional synergy.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks, adopting a pragmatic approach and consulting with project squads.
- Direct internal communication activities to ensure plant-wide awareness and engagement with Digital 4.0 updates.
- Monitor long-term project sustainability, track KPI improvements, quantify ROI, and report results to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable use cases and determine value for each initiative.
- Collaborate with the OCM team to assess project impact, mitigate user resistance, and ensure long-term adoption.
- Foster a work environment grounded in transparency, trust, and safety, supporting innovation and development.
Our Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Advanced English and Polish.
- Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to operations technology in industrial segments.
- Desirable knowledge in projects related to OT and/or Digital Transformation.
- Availability for travel more than 25%.
