Asystent / Asystentka w Dziale Zrównoważonego Rozwoju

Zakres obowiązków:

• Bezpośredni kontakt z dostawcami i klientami oraz weryfikacja dokumentów w celu zapewnienia zgodności z wymaganiami,
• Przegląd i ocena danych otrzymanych od dostawców; prawidłowe wprowadzanie ich do systemu oraz raportowanie w Excelu,
• Wsparcie dostawców i klientów i udzielanie instrukcji przy prawidłowym uzupełnianiu dokumentów,
• Uczestnictwo w audytach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych,
• Współpraca z innymi działami wewnętrznymi w organizacji.

 Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku pracy,
• Wykształcenie wyższe, 
• Znajomość języka angielskiego,
• Znajomość programu Excel,
• Dobra organizacja czasu i pracy w dynamicznym środowisku,
• Dokładność i komunikatywność.

Mile widziane:

• Doświadczenie w pracy z systemem SAP.
