R&D Innovation Packaging Engineer

What will you be doing as R&D Innovation Packaging Engineer based in Kruszwica?  

• Implementation and development of new packaging and packaging materials for margarine/fat products, spreads, edible oils and other food products, 

• Organizing, conducting and supervising tests of new packaging and packaging materials at all stages, 

• Participation in the start-up and installation of new packaging lines for new or existing packaging, 

• Expert support in solving packaging problems for operational departments, quality assurance departments, marketing, purchasing, 

• Support during the acceptance of new packaging or packaging after changing the graphic design or marking, 

• Creating Technical Packaging Specifications and supervising their validity in our locations in the field of B2C and B2B, 

• Interface closely with different departments, 

• Work on environmental related tasks of our packaging, 

• Organization of production tests, transport tests and test inspections for new / modified packaging, 

• The position requires at least 20-25% business travel (local and international). 

What do we expect from our future R&D Innovation Packaging Engineer? 

• Bachelor's or master's degree – technical studies, 

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, 

• English and Polish skills,  

• Excellent organizational abilities.
