What will you be doing as an Gate Laboratory Supervisor – Lehliu Plant.

• Responsible for leading and overseeing all laboratory activities related to inbound raw materials, process monitoring, and product quality verification at the gate laboratory.
• The role ensures accurate and timely testing, compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and effective laboratory operations that support production and supply chain objectives. 
• The Gate Laboratory Supervisor drives continuous improvement, ensures data integrity, and develops laboratory personnel to maintain high levels of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of analytical results generated by the laboratory.
• Review and approve laboratory test reports and quality documentation.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and lead corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, laboratory procedures, and quality control protocols.

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus on food quality.
• Up to 3 years related experience in a similar position in FMCG industry
• Strong communication skills and MS Office
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
