What will you be doing as a maintenance manager:

Coordinates the entire maintenance activity from a mechanical and electrical point of view and provides support for the optimal development of the other related activities in the Bunge Romania

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Planning and verifying the work of the employees in the department: This includes coordinating the activities of the maintenance teams and delegating tasks.
• Monitoring and analyzing predictive maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, regular maintenance and efficiency of lubrication programs.
• Implementing ARROP procedures for existing and newly purchased equipment.
• Ensuring that employees are receiving the necessary training courses.
• Developing procedures and instructions for maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, standards and procedures.

What you can bring to the role:

• Higher studies on technical profile
• Experience in the field – 5 years in a similar position
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
